CONSISTENCY OVER Big Gains

Our focus has never been on chasing big trades—it’s about controlled consistency. Q3 delivered yet another quarter with only one losing day, underscoring the discipline of our approach. We don’t rely on luck or leverage. Every move is based on probabilities, position sizing, and strict risk management.

This philosophy continues to pay off: investors earned 8.91% net for the quarter, averaging nearly 3% per month, with full liquidity and zero draw down.

Performance & Returns

What is a reasonable expectation going forward regarding the 1% weekly goal?
The target remains 1% weekly gross for Funds 1 and 2. In practice, we’ve averaged around 0.7% weekly in 2025. The focus is consistency and protecting capital—not maximizing return at the expense of risk.

Are the 1% returns based on realized gains?
Yes. All reported performance is based on realized, closed trades. We do not report paper gains or mark-to-market swings.

How did RENTDUE perform in April 2025?
April delivered a gross return of +4.12%, with Fund 2 netting approximately +2.88% after fees.

Will the 1% target still hold in a bear market?
We’ve designed our strategy to adapt to both bull and bear environments. We normally do better on down days, but we will not know until we get there. No promises!

Does the 1% target apply to IRA accounts as well?
Yes. Performance is based on trades, not account type. IRA or taxable—returns are the same.

Fund Structure & Availability

How many investors are currently in the funds?
Approximately 200 investors across all funds.

Is Fund 1 open to new investors?
No. Fund 1 is fully subscribed and closed to new investors. Existing investors may still add capital.

Is Fund 3 open?
Yes. The CASHFLOW Fund (Fund 3) is open and designed for monthly income with a preferred return.

Can I move capital from Fund 1 to Fund 2?
Not directly. You’ll need to withdraw from Fund 1 and re-subscribe to Fund 2 with new documentation.

Can I make additional deposits after my first investment?
Yes—if the fund is still accepting new capital. Once a fund reaches capacity, no new subscriptions will be accepted.

What’s the minimum for additional contributions?
Whatever you would like!

Will a new compound-style fund open after Fund 2 closes?
Possibly. If demand continues, we may open another compound fund with similar structure to Fund 2 but we this is more up to the rules of the SEC. For now we plan on doing a qualified fund.

Trading & Operations

Who is executing the trades?
Shane is the sole trader for all RENTDUE funds. We are trying to train others, but it’s not likely to happen for awhile.

How many people are placing trades?
Just one.

What timeframe candles are used in analysis?
Most trades are based on 5-minute charts but all this is up to the traders and changes.

Do you trade straddle options?
No. We use directional option trades with defined risk and clear stop levels. This may change in the future!

Administrative & Compliance

Can you provide Interactive Brokers statements?
We do not offer full IB statements or account logins. However, we issue official Balance Letters from Interactive Brokers.

What proves RENTDUE isn’t a Ponzi scheme?
All funds are held at Interactive Brokers, trades are tracked in real time, we file SEC Form D (506c), and we provide verifiable balance statements. Full track record and proof are available at rentduecapital.com/invite. If we wanted to be criminals or run a ponzi scheme we could!

Who handles accounting or CPA work for the fund?
RENTDUE handles this in house! We do have a CPA but we track everything in house.

Can I view the fund’s Form D filing?
Yes. Search “RENTDUE Capital” on the SEC EDGAR database to view filings.

What are the fees?
Fund 1 & Fund 2 use a 70/30 profit split (70% to investor, 30% to manager).
